Keramiton is a modelling compound produced on a natural basis with clay-like properties and can be used straight from the packet. Keramiton has a few advantages over ordinary clay, it is consistent and of highly pliable quality, there is low shrinkage and with no smell when fired. Keramiton can be air dried or fired in an oven up to 150 °C. The finished models can be mechanically treated and painted. If you use lacquer you can obtain a ceramic like surface.
