Keramin-S is also water-repellent and can therefore also be used for casting figures for the outside. Keramin-S is mixed 4 : 1 with water. The advantages are its excellent moulding precision, its fast hardening (30 minutes), it separates easily from moulds, and its solidness. The hardened objects can be painted easily.
